Vivara is a pre-launch mobile application currently in development. This website serves as a product validation and waitlist page. No commercial transactions take place on this site.

The content of this website has been created with care. We cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with applicable law. We are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on vivara.world and how we use it.
What we collect
Email address – only if you voluntarily submit it via the waitlist form. Used solely to notify you when the Vivara app launches. We will not send marketing emails or share your address with third parties.
Survey responses – anonymous answers to our validation questions (Yes / Maybe / No). Not linked to your identity unless you also provide an email.
Usage events – anonymized interaction data (e.g. which buttons you click, whether you upload a photo). This helps us understand how people experience the product. No personal identifiers are stored with these events.
Photos – if you upload a photo on a claim page, it is processed locally in your browser to generate a Memory Card. Photos are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible). No personal data is collected, no cross-site tracking, no cookies. Compliant with GDPR and the Swiss nDSG.
Data storage
Email addresses and survey responses are stored in a secure database hosted in the EU (Supabase, EU region). Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR and the Swiss nDSG you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at jannik@vivara.world. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Waitlist emails are deleted once the app has launched and all subscribers have been notified, or upon request at any time.
